FIT CAMP

Challenge yourself in this 4 week long training program designed to jump start your fat loss journey. Open to all fitness levels and ages, this camp combines strength training, plyometrics, cardiovascular, and flexibility techniques. In addition, members are given individual nutritional advice and cardiovascular workouts. The camp includes a one month membership to the Albany Anytime Fitness. Saturdays consist of an optional trip to the grocery store where Scott assists participants in selecting healthy foods.

Individual and Small Group Fitness Training

Individual, partner, and small group fitness training are now available at Anytime Fitness in Albany and Stayton.
